For many of our clients, our pre-trial research and negotiations enable us to reach settlements before cases go before a judge or jury. These pre-trial settlements often are achieved much earlier than cases which must wait to go to trial.

Once a settlement is offered, we explain the offer in detail and advise our clients of its merits. Only the Client makes the final decision to accept or reject the offer. If a case goes to trial, we explain how the legal system works and what to expect. And the client never pays any attorney fees unless we win the case or the client chooses to accept a settlement.
