Stuart concentrates his practice in the personal injury department of Lewis & Daggett. He is committed to speaking with injured people about their case and educating them regarding their legal rights. Stuart works with our personal injury clients throughout their entire case; from the initial conversation, to addressing related legal issues, to ensuring proper distribution of settlement proceeds.

Currently, Stuart is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers and the North Carolina Bar Association. He is also a member of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Forsyth County Bar Association.
Stuart received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, he earned membership in the Student Trial Bar for his results in the Zeliff Competition. He also made the Scholastic Honors List and was awarded the 2006 American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and the Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor Law by the American Bar Association and The Bureau of National Affairs. Prior to attending law school, Stuart received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of North Carolina.
Stuart is a Winston-Salem native and graduate of Mt. Tabor High School and plays in a local adult soccer league.
